Fueling For Your Workout

On Saturday, February 10 at 9:00am, join Director of Health and Wellness, Kristen Miller, in this free 90-minute seminar, “Fueling For Your Workout.” Kristen will present general information and guidelines for fueling your body before, during, and after a workout in order to be able to perform your best. She will also provide tips for meals and snack planning. Join us for a short run after—weather dependent.

This seminar will be held at Studio Momentum, 71 Main Street, Springfield.
