Teen Athletic Performance Training

Teens ages 12—19 are invited to join the EdgarMay’s Teen Athletic Performance Training, a 6-week small group training program, on Thursday evenings from 7:00-7:45pm. In this training program, we will focus on building flexibility, strength, speed, and agility for teen athletes in-between sports seasons or looking for supplemental workouts in addition to their practices.

The next session will run February 29 to April 4.
